"Ferrovial"

The English language does not, to our knowledge, appear to have an adjective pertaining to all things to do with the railway. In Italian, the delightful adjective 'ferroviale' is commonly used, with its roots in the Italian word for railway, ie 'ferrovia', which literally means 'iron way or road'.

We at OTRBOT frequently encounter the need to use such an adjective when writing about railways and therefore, on several occasions within this website, you will see the word "ferrovial" appearing. We would sincerely like to implement the formal introduction of this word into English and the Oxford English Dictionary.

We therefore call upon you, our fellow railway enthusiasts, to support our adjectival quest by kindly contacting us here, so that we may add your name to our appeal. We are sure that you too would find "ferrovial" to be a very useful and relevant addition to the English language and urge you to champion this by introducing the word into your everyday vocabulary.

So, how do I pronounce "ferrovial"?
